Journey back to the days when giant paddle-wheelers steamed up the
river and Mark Twain was just a young boy. That's what you will
discover at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort.
Here, a moderately priced Southern mansion and two-story Southern
country cottages line a picturesque Mississippi River-style waterway.
On Ol' Man Island, near the hub of the Resort, you will find a stocked
fishing hole and a country-style pool.

The main building houses the shop, the arcade, restaurants &
guest services.
Transport
Buses go to the four main parks, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon
& to Downtown Disney. For other destinations change at Downtown
Disney or TTC. There are four bus stops located throughout the Dixie
Landings property, & buses to the four main parks run about
every 20 minutes. Rivercruise boats go to Downtown Disney Marketplace,
they leave the marina approx every 25 minutes from 10am-4pm, &
every 15 minutes from 4om-11:30pm. The last rivercruise boat leaves
Downtown Disney Marketplace at 12 midnight. Bus stop locations -
outside main building; between buildings 24 & 34; near Magnolia
Terrace.
