The Outback Restaurant features Florida’s finest steaks and fresh seafood, including four- to six-pound lobsters, as well as pasta offerings in an Australian-themed setting. A spectacular décor features a cascading, multi-level, indoor waterfall that flows into a Japanese Koi fish pond; rock formations, weathered woodwork, Aboriginal designs, and an open-hearth grill located in the center of the restaurant. The Watercress Café is the home of the Palace’s popular Disney Character Breakfasts every Sunday, when children of all ages delight in dining with the likes of Minnie Mouse, Pluto, and Goofy. The Watercress Café offers casual, family dining overlooking Lake Buena Vista. The décor is Mediterranean, and the views of the lake are delightful. Menus include everything from homemade soups, omelets, sandwiches, and salads to an array of cutting-edge cuisine and Florida features. Breakfast buffets are featured daily.
Snacks
Located on the 27th floor, the Top of the Palace Lounge provides a spectacular vantage point for viewing sunsets or area firework displays. Complimentary champagne is served nightly at sunset. The lounge offers an array of specialty wines by the glass, as well as cocktails, appetizers, and desserts.
Snacks
The cozy, gazebo-style Lobby Lounge overlooks both the lobby atrium and the picturesque waterway outside. Relax nightly to piano favorites, full cocktail service, wines by the bottle or glass, specialty coffees, and scrumptious pastries.

"We stayed in the buena vista palace now the wyndam palace and found it to be the nicest hotel on the disney property the snack shop was open long hours ,the character buffet was the best on wdw property, the pool (water) has an section that is totally in the shade for a few hours each afternoon, the outback restaurant is a four star restaurant and we had aligator soup ,we loved the idea of being right across the street from the shopping village which gives you a lot more restaurants to choose from and something else to do you also can pick up more wdw buses to other locations from the shopping village we have stayed @ ho jos,polynesian,contemory,caribbean beach,grovenor and bvp was the best."
