Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, Jaws
strikes with a vengeance. One of the top movie blockbuster thrillers

of Steven Spielberg's blockbuster movie. Three tons of sheer terror,
Jaws infiltrates the senses and shocks the emotions.

Facts/History
The 32-foot, three-ton killer shark is made of steel and fiberglass
and has been outfitted with an amazingly realistic latex skin.
The predator's gleaming teeth are made of urethane.
During those relentless attacks, the shark moves through the water
at realistic shark speeds of 20 feet per second and thrusts with
power equal to a 727 jet engine.
Nearly 2,000 miles of wire run throughout the 5-million-gallon,
7-acre lagoon.
Ten thousand cubic yards of concrete, reinforced with 7,500 tons
of steel, provide a home for the attraction.
Much of the New England memorabilia was found in Gloucester, Massachusetts and surrounding fishing towns dotting the northeast coastline.
Reviews
"Everytime we go to Universal studios Orlando,
we HAVE to see JAWS. This time our family stayed at Portofino Bay
Hotel which is on the grounds. So our hotel key was a fastpass.
We took advantage of it!!! the wait usally is long...even with the
fastpass. but it is worth it... everytime it shocks us.... one of
the classics, ya know? it is always awesome!! although so technology
could be fixed.. for instance, after you see the sunkin tour boat
you see the upper part of the shark but the end sticks out of the
water and there is no bottom half!! all it is is like a stick.....
and if you are at one of the edges of the left side you can see
the many sharks used in the ride.. where they are before attack
and after. if you have a sharp eye you can see the shark go back
to its spot.. but you cant be perfect.. over all..... GREAT"
