Universal Express System Gives Resort Guests Preferred Access at Universal Orlando’s Two Theme Parks All Day, Every Day

Loews Hotels’ and Universal Orlando’s hotel partnership offers a winning combination of outstanding lodging, guest services and special privileges that provide a “no hassle” truly memorable theme park vacation for Universal Orlando resort guests. Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, and Royal Pacific Resort guests enjoy Universal Express preferred access to virtually all the rides and attractions at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks. Universal Orlando on-site resort guests simply show their room key card along with their admission ticket to get express access to the rides. Other exclusive benefits for guests staying in any of the elaborately themed resort hotels at Universal Orlando include:

Priority Seating - By showing their room key card, hotel guests receive first available seating at most restaurants throughout Universal Orlando.

Resort ID Card - Hotel guests are able to use their room key to purchase food, merchandise and other items throughout Universal Orlando. Additionally, a separate card for children is available with a pre-loaded spending limit that is determined by the adult guest.

Package Delivery - Any items purchased within the resort complex can be delivered to guests’ rooms free of charge.
