Interior design depicts casual style of island living and features hand-carved wood panels complemented by custom painted murals, unique collection of artifacts and furniture imported for the hotel. Jake's American Bar

Bar connected to Islands Dining Room. Decorated to celebrate the Romatic Era of Clipper ship travel in the Pacific region. The bar features a collection of flight and travel memorabilia from Jake's (a popular clipper ship pilot during the "Golden Age of Travel") journeys that transport guests to a more romantic time and give the bar a relaxed, casual island feel.

Tchoup Chop

Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse's second Universal Orlando® restaurant takes Asian cuisine and "kicks it up a notch" with his own unique style. Tchoup Chop will feature Polynesian cuisine, and the restaurant itself will have a tiki bar look complete with bamboo, waterfalls, sculpted gardens and giant woks in full view.
