"Room was
great, good view. We were at the end over ESPN. The only bad thing
was the walk to the room, I don't know if there was a short cut
or not but we didn't find it." (1/02) Donnie Dunbar
"A fun resort
with entertainment on the boardwalk similar to what you would find
at the parks. This resort draws a lot of people from offsite, especiallly
the nearby Yacht Club and Beach Clubs. We were upgraded to a garden
cottage becaue it was a big anniversary and they only had queen
bed rooms in the regular section. We used the concierge which was,
by far, the most attentive of any we have tried.
All the restuarants are on the Boardwalk. We tried the Brewery and
had some very good locally brewed beer and hot snacks.
Mixes a resort with a time share (villas) an amusement park {boardwalk).
You can't beat the short walk to Epcot." (2/02) Steve Rosenstein
"We reserved
a villa for 6 days and a room at the inn for 6 days (there were
9 of us). I would strongly recommend the villa for a larger group.
It was clean and spacious. However, I would never stay at the Inn
again. We had to switch inn rooms several times because of the mildew
smells (and dirtiness). The manager told us that with enough air
conditioner time the smells eventually would go away. If you want
to spend that much money on a resort I would highly recommend the
Gra n d Floridian over The Boardwalk. Flying fish cafe is a good
recommendation, but we ended up going to Spoodles 3 different times
during our stay. This is the best for a family. The very best meal
I have ever eaten is by far Palio's at The Swan!!!! Superb!!"

"The accomodations
were excellent. The usual Disney attention to detail at the more
expensive hotels. Our room was located over the Waylan's Gallery
and overlooking the courtyard and the Boardwalk. Absolutely Beautiful.
The best kept breakfast secret on the property is the Spoodles buffet
breakfast. My wife and I really enjoy a leisurely stroll on the
Boardwalk after a day at the Parks. A cup of coffee and a sweet
roll from the Boardwalk bakery and a little people watching on the
boardwalk top of the day. Excellent bakery items. The kids aged
12 and 15 really enjoy the ESPN Club foods not bad either. The water
slide and pool area are really condusive to blowing off a day running
around and just relaxing. The kids like having the arcades at both
the hotel and the ESPN Club. We also like the carnival games and
entertainment on the Boardwalk." (July 97,July 98,July 99)

"Disney's Boardwalk Inn is truly beautiful. In 1999, I had
the privilege and honor to stay there. We had a huge room with a
view of the lagoon and the actual Boardwalk. The elegant furnishings
and gardens make this truly my #1 hotel out of over 100 I have stayed
in! I hope to come back!!!"
"I've stayed at
the Boardwalk twice and highly recommend it to anyone. The back
gate entrance to Epcot was easily convenient, no getting in your
car or taking the bus, not having to wait for the tram or monorail
in lines. There is also a breakfast buffet at the Yacht Club Resort,
which is priced reasonable, and also delicious. What I liked also
about the Boardwalk was I could request a room near the elevator
and on the first floor, and that's what we got! There are boats
available to MGM Studios and Epcot also which are accessible and
pretty fast too. Overall our stay at the Boardwalk was the most
convenient, and we probably be returning very soon!" Patti &

"This is the perfect
place to stay! Location food service atmosphere. you can watch the
illuminations everynite. Plus for the sports fans ESPN club is a
short stroll away. I live in FL. and have been to disney many many
times. With or without kids, this is the best!" - LPnerd@aol.com
