AAA Services
AAA hospitality desk on Main Street, USA, Magic Kingdom Park, is
your center for assistance with current ahd future travel plans.
The Car Care Center, presented by AAA, is located next to the Exxon
Tiger Mart near the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza and also provides auto
repair services. Touch 407-824-09 for information. Should your vehicle
become disabled during your visit, complimentary towing is provided
by AAA.
Airline reservations
For airline assistance, visit or call one of the American Express
Travel Service locations in the lobby of Disney's Contemporary Resort,
407-824-9162; or in Future World at Epcot, 407-827-7500. Both are
open daily from 9am - 5pm.
Airport Shuttle Service
Mears airport shuttle boards in front of every resort. It is suggested
that reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance and should
be scheduled at least 2hrs prior to flight departure. Touch 407-423-5566

Automobile Rental
A National CarRental office is located in the Exxon Tiger Mart next
to the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza. Shuttle service is available 7
days a week from 7:30am until 6:30pm. Shuttle service is available
by appointment only and should be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance.

Banking
Automatic Teller Machines are located in the Magic Kingdom Park,
Epcot, Disney-MGM-Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and
Downtown Disney area, at SunTrust Bank across the boulevard from
the Downtown Disney Marketplace, and in select Walt Disney World
Resort lobbies.
Credit Cards and Check Cashing
For charges incurred during your Visit, we accept American Express,
the official credit card of the Walt Disney World Resort, Mastercard,
VISA, The Disney Credit Card, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, personal
checks (drawn on US or Canadian banks only, with driver's license
and major credit card for signature verification), travellers' cheques,
cash or Disney Dollars.
Dining Around the World
Resort guests can make Priority Seating dining confirmations the
same day and up to 60 days in advance at all Magic Kingdom, Epcot,
Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios and resort table service

Disney Dollars
Disney Dollars, the official currency of the Walt Disney World Resort
and Disneyland Park, are available at the front desk in $1, $5 and
$10 denominations.

For all emergencies, touch 911. First Aid centers are located within
the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and
Disney's Hollywood Studios ahd are open during normal park hours. For non-emergencies,
Florida Hospital Centra In-Room delivers quality medical care 24
hours daily. For appointments, touch 407-238-2000.
Centra Care Walk-In Medical Care is open from 8:00am-12:00 midnight
Monday through Friday and 8:00am-10:00pm Saturday and sunday. There
are 5 convenient locations. Complimentary transportation is available
and most insurance plans are accepted. Touch 407-239-6463. For emergency

For your safety, special containers are provided by Housekeeping
for disposal of hypodermic needles and razor blades.
Florist
The Walt Disney World Florist, an FTD affiliate, offers floral arrangements,
dish gardens, fruit baskets, snack food baskets, cheese trays and
wine or sparkling wine for delivery anywhere in the US and Canada.

Foreign Currency Exchange
Guests can exchange currency at the front desk/guest services. Touch

Gasoline
For your convenience, Exxon has Tiger Marts at three locations:
next to the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza (407-824-8257), across the
boulevard from Pleasure Island (407-828-6146) and across the boulevard
from Disney's Hollywood Studios (407-560-0467). Each offers a convenience
store/gift shop and self-serve gas.
Hair Styling
Full-service styling salons offering the latest techniques in hair
care and services such as facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures
are also available in several locations. Full-service barber facilities
are located at the Contemporary Hair Styling Salon. Please call

For special services including bed boards, bed rails, extra pillows
and lankets, baby cribs, extra hangers, towels, European adaptors,

Kosher and special diet meals
Requests for Kosher, vegetarian or special dietary meals may be
made to most full-service restaurants. Requests should be made 24
hours in advance.
Merchandise delivery
Shop at any merchandise location at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney area, and have your packages
delivered to your resort while you continue to have fun.
Merchandise mail order
Merchandise from the Walt Disney World parks and resorts is available
by calling 407-363-6200. Catalog merchandise is available from the
Disney Catalog by calling 800-237-5751.
Pets
Pets may be boarded at kennels operated at the Walt Disney World
Transportation and Ticket Center and at Disney's Fort Wilderness
Resort and Campground. Pets are not permitted in guest areas or
rooms and may not be left in vehicles. Touch Disney Information

Post Office
The Lake Buena Vista branch of the US Post Office is located at
the Shoppes at Buena Vista. Hours are from 9am-4pm, Monday through
Friday and from 9am-12noon on Saturday. For more information, call
