Dolmas
Greece

4 ea. dolmas
4 tblsp. Feta cheese, diced
4 tblsp. Fresh tomato, diced, peeled, and seeded
¼ cup olive oil
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
2 tblsp. Oregano, chopped
salt &pepper

 

Method of Preparation:

Mix tomato, feta, olive oil, and vinegar and chopper oregano. Season to taste.

To serve, pour 1 tablespoon of mix over dolmas.

Serve chilled.
