Ginger Dressing from Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki Dining Room, Epcot
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Japanese soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low for 1 minute,
then high for 30 seconds.
