beds, table & chairs, TV, nightstand, armoire, luggage rack,
small safe, & a separate vanity area with 2 pedestal sinks &
mirrors.
The average Guest Room is 314 square feet. Standard rooms have
a maximum four-person room occupancy.
There are three views available -
Standard View Rooms overlook the parking lot.
Garden View Rooms overlook the pathways of the hotel.
The Water View Rooms offer a choice between a view of the pool or
the Sassagoula River.

5 are nearest to the main building. Rooms in buildings 2 & 5
are nearest to Doubloon Lagoon, the marina & the boat dock.
If you want a view of the river ask for a water view room in buildings
1, 2, 5, 6 or 7.
