Appetizers

Houli's Pound of Buffalo Wings
Crisp­y fried and served with Bleu cheese dressing and a celery stick. Untossed for self-dipping (they stay really crispy) or tossed for traditional Buffalo style.

Anaheim Chicken & Carmelized Onion Quesadilla
Fresh, grilled flour tortilla filled with spicy blackened chicken, carmelized onions, and a blend of Cheddar and Jalapeno Jack cheese. Served with sour cream, quacamole and salsa

Houli's Original Chicken Fingers
Chicken tenderloins fried golden and prepared two ways. Choose one of the following. Traditional - Served with Honey Mustard Sauce. Buffalo ­style ­- Tossed in a tangy Buffalo sauce and served with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Spinach Dip with Cheesy Lavosh
Our classic recipe - a blend of spinach, Parmesan cheese, sour cream and spices. Served with a crisp lavosh pizzette topped with tomatoes, Pepper Jack cheese and fresh cilantro.

'Shrooms
Jumbo mushroom caps stuffed with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese, coated with light Japanese bread crumbs and crisp-fried. Served with creamy Horseradish sauce and topped with grated Parmesan.

Asian Lettuce Wraps, chicken or vegetarian
Rich chicken or vegetarian filling, sauteed quickly in sesame sauce and served with crisp lettuce cups. (We use peanut oil in our dipping sauce.)

'Shrooms, Quesadilla & Wings Sampler
(A heck of a deal) 'Shrooms, Quesadilla and Buffalo wings with creamy Horseradish, sour cream and Bleu cheese dressing.

Nachos
Crispy tortilla chips smothered in chipotle and white Cheddar cheese sauce. Topped with fresh tomotoes, cilantro, scallions and Jalapeno slices. Served with sour cream, quacamole and fresh salsa.

Bleu Cheese Chips
Our own chips cooked fresh daily, topped with a chunky sauce of Danish Bleu cheese and baked 'til it all melts together. Crispy, cheesy and tangy.

Seared Rare Asian Tuna Bites*
Little sushi style nibbles of tuna to layer with mini wontons, Napa cabbage garnish and sesame soy and wasabi sauces. (We use Peanut Oil in this dressing.)

Hot Cheese Fries
We mix sharp Cheddar cheese and Jack cheese and pile it on our Houilihan's French fries. Then we add bacon and bake it until the cheese is hot and melted and serve it with our homemade Garlic Ranch dressing.

Houli's version of the classic.

Houli's Ranchhouse Salad
Greens tossed with our Garlic Ranch dressing, fresh chopped bacon and sharp White Cheddar cheese. Topped with Fresh tortilla straws.

Grilled Chicken Caesar
Our classic Caesar Salad topped with a sliced, seasoned grilled chicken breast, garlic croutons and Parmesan.

Heartland Chicken Salad
Lighlty breaded, fried chicken tenderloins, served atop fresh greens. Topped with bacon, Jalapeño cheese, tortilla straws and toasted spicy pecans. Served with our Garlic Ranch dressing. Also available in grilled or Buffalo style.

BBQ Salmon Salad
A "fire grilled" Atlantic Salmon fillet basted with tangy BBQ Sauce and served atop a bed of fresh greens. Loaded with spicy pecans, mandarin oranges and corn tortilla straws. Tossed in a sweet citrus vinaigrette.

Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad
A seasoned grilled chicken breast sliced over fresh greens with snow peas, red onions, red bell pepper and crispy fried wonton strips tossed in a Peanut dressing. Topped with peanuts, Mandarin oranges and toasted sesame seeds.

Grilled Salmon Caesar
A generous 8 oz. of Atlantic salmon on our classic Caesar.

Tossed Simple Greens
Fresh Greens, choice of Houli's Red Wine Vinaigrette, Garlic Ranch, French, Creamy Bleu cheese or Thousand Island.

Sushi style tuna, seared, chilled and served on a bed of Napa salad atop a large wonton base. Wasabi and sesame sauce. (We use Peanut Oil in this dressing.)

Chicken Asian Chop Chop Salad
Sauteed chopped Sesame chicken served on a Chop Chop style Napa salad, Napa Dressing and Asian vegetables. Served with Chopsticks. (We use Peanut Oil in this dressing.)

Vegetarian Asian Chop Chop Salad
Just like the Chicken Chop Chop. Meatless, but you almost won't be able to tell the difference. (We use Peanut Oil in this dressing.)

Turkey Croissant Club
Smoked turkey breast, freshly sliced paper thin and piled high with crisp double-smoked, thick-sliced bacon, Provolone, fresh-shredded lettuce and tomato on a toasted croissant with mayonnaise.

Houli's Classic or Turkey Reuben
Lean corned beef or turkey topped with sweet Bavarian sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on toasted Jewish rye with Thousand Island dressing.

Bacon Cheddar Houli-Burger
1/2 lb. of fresh Certified Angus Beef® on a tossed brioche bun with crispy double-smoked, thick-sliced bacon strips and melted sharp Cheddar cheese. All the same fixings as our gourmet Houli-burger.

Old English Cheddar Houli-Burger

Southwest Grilled Chicken Wrap
Tender slices of "fire grilled" chicken breast, crisp lettuce, spiced pecans, red peppers, tomatoes, bacon and Jalapeño Jack Cheese. Tossed in a Garlic Ranch dressing and rolled in a fresh grilled tortilla with a side of Houlihan's salsa.

French Dip
Specially seasoned and slow roasted beef sliced paper thin. Topped with melted Swiss on a crispy long roll with our ``au jus.''

Grilled Brentwood Chicken Sandwich
Boneless chicken breast basted with red wine and garlic butter, topped with bacon and Provolone on toasted brioche bun. Served with shredded lettuce, tomato and Honey Mustard sauce.

Gourmet Houli-Burger
We've been serving burgers for 30 years. We grill a 1/2 lb. of fresh Certified Angus Beef® and serve it on a toasted brioche bun garnished with shredded lettuce, tomato and a pickle. We can't legally claim it's the best in town but we think it may be. Served with a pile of French fries and onion straws or our home-cooked potato chips.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich Your Way
Boneless Chicken breast, basted with red wine and garlic butter on a toasted brioche bun, topped with any two you'd like - bacon, sauteed mushrooms, Old English Cheddar, Bleu cheese, Provolone or Swiss.

Granny Smith's Double Decker Grilled Cheese
Old English Cheddar and Swiss cheeses with crisp, freshly slivered apples, bacon and chili verde on thick-sliced potato bread.

Vegetarian Patty Melt
Burger style vegetarian patty, grilled, then topped with caramelized onions, Provolone and Cheddar cheeses, between two thick slices of grilled potato bread.

 

Steak, Ribs, & Shrimp

KC Strip
Some people call it a KC Strip, some people call it NY Strip. Ours is a 12 oz. cut, aged for 28 days and grilled to your specifications. Served with our loaded 3/4 lb. Salt Lick Baked Potato and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Prime Top Sirloin
We serve a 10 oz. aged USDA Prime Sirloin (the best grade available). The steak has been aged for 28 days. We grill it, baste it with red wine butter and serve it with our loaded, 3/4 lb. Salt Lick Baked Potato and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Cabernet Sirloin
Red wine, mushrooms and steak go hand-in-hand. So we take red wine, fresh onions, garlic and mushrooms and reduce them to a velvety sauce that is ladled onto our Prime Top Sirloin. Served with our loaded, 3/4 lb. Salt Lick Baked Potato and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Extra Meaty Baby Back BBQ Ribs
We slowly cook our extra meaty baby back ribs in our sweet and smokey sauce 'til they're tender and flavorful, and then BBQ on a glaze just before they come to your table. Served with cole slaw and your choice of seasoned French fries or a loaded Salt Lick Baked Potato. Full Slab or Half Slab.

Prime Top Sirloin and French Fried Shrimp
Our version of surf and turf...A tender 10 oz. aged USDA Prime Sirloin chargrilled to perfection and four crisp-fried Jumbo Gulf Shrimp with tangy cocktail sauce, served with fresh seasonal vegetables and a Salt Lick Baked Potato.

1/2 Slab Ribs and French Fried Shrimp
A half slab of our baby back BBQ pork ribs grilled for tenderness and then glazed with Houlihan's famous sweet and smoky barbecue sauce with four crisp­-fried Jumbo Gulf Shrimp. Served with cole slaw and your choice of seasoned French fries or a loaded Salt Lick Baked Potato.

Navajo Grilled Chicken Penne
Tender slices of spicy grilled chicken breast atop penne pasta loaded with red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms tossed in a smoked Chipotle and roasted red pepper cream sauce with fresh scallions and Parmesan cheese.

Grilled Chicken Linguine Alfredo
A tender grilled chicken breast over linguine tossed with fresh cream and Parmesan cheese.

Tuscany Lemon Chicken
Tender chicken scaloppine dusted in seasoned flour and sautéed in olive oil. Tossed with mushrooms and tomatoes in a creamy three cheese lemon sauce over linguine.

Shrimp Scampi Linquine
Jumbo Gulf shrimp sautéed with garlic, cream and Parmesan. Served over linguine and garnished with Parmesan and grilled zucchini.

 

Specialties

Stuffed Chicken Breast
We take a whole double chicken breast, pound it flat, scoop on our Herbed Cream Cheese, fold it and coat it with Japanese bread crumbs. Then we bake it until it is golden brown and the cheese is hot and melted. Served with our Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken
A single or double boneless breast marinated and grilled with fresh rosemary. Served on Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Sizzling Fajitas
Chargrilled, marinated chicken breast or sirloin beef served with red and green bell peppers and onions. Accompanied by sour cream, Cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and warm flour tortillas. Served with Houlihan's salsa. Chicken, Beef or both.

Coriander Grilled Salmon
A generous 8 oz. fillet of Atlantic Salmon rubbed with a freshly chopped mixture of herbs, served on top of Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Huge French Fried Shrimp
We take 7 jumbo gulf shrimp, batter them, roll them in Japanese bread crumbs and fry them 'til crispy and golden. Served with French fries and cole slaw.

Down Home Pot Roast
Slow cooked with Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, homestyle vegetables and a rich red wine mushroom sauce.

Chicken Finger Platter
Chicken tenderloins fried golden and served with Honey Mustard sauce, French fries and cole slaw.

Caramel-Topped Apple Pie
