Chips, Dips, Breads, and Spreads

Hummus
Hummus is a puree of chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. It is served on rosemary flatbread and topped with a lemon wedge and parsley. It is also served with a side of fresh tomato tapenade consisting of fresh chopped tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Kalamata olives.

Baked Artichoke and Crabmeat Dip
A dip of artichoke hearts, crabmeat and cayenne pepper blended with mayonnaise. It's topped with Parmesan cheese and baked till golden brown. Served in a casserole dish, with Lavosh cracker bread for dipping. Garnished with parsley. Also served with a spoon.

Mediterranean Spinach Dip
A dip of fresh spinach blended with walnuts, onions and feta cheese, bound with sour cream and mayonnaise. Served with Parmesan pita chips for dipping. Garnished with roasted red peppers and parmesan cheese.

Tuna Tartare and Smoked Salmon Spread
Refreshing Sashimi Tuna Tartar (Fresh minced sashimi tuna tossed with soy rice wine vinaigrette, green onions, garlic chili sauce and black sesame seeds) and Wasabi Salmon Spread (House smoked salmon tossed with wasabi aioli, green onions, soy sauce, and black sesame seeds), over cucumber noodles tossed with soy, ginger, honey, and sesame oil. Served with pickled ginger and wonton chips for dipping.

Spanish Antipasto
Fresh spring mix tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with Serrano ham, Spanish chorizo, Spanish Manchego cheese, roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts and sliced red onion. This is served with a side of olive tapenade and rosemary flat bread.

 

Sopas

Caribbean Clam Chowder
A "non traditional" chowder made with clams, celery, onion, poblano peppers, Yukon Gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, garlic and fresh cilantro. It is finished with coconut milk and fresh lime juice. The final touch is the crispy clam fritter floating in the center.

Black Bean Soup
A thick bean soup flavored with cumin and onions served over a bed of rice that has been flavored with vegetable stock. It is topped with cilantro sour cream and garnished with a sprig of cilantro.

Sopa de Leon
Mouthwatering soup made from roasted chicken, chorizo, garbanzo beans, Spanish onions, carrots, celery, and Roma tomatoes. Seasoned with garlic and a splash of cayenne pepper. Topped with Manchego cheese and crispy tortilla strips.

 

Cosas Frias

Tango Salad
Served in half and full orders. A mixture of cucumbers, red peppers, red onions and kalamata olives tossed with a mesclun blend of lettuce, romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, and feta cheese tossed in champagne dill vinaigrette. Topped with feta cheese and house-smoked salmon. Served with tongs.

Roasted Garlic Chicken Salad
Served in half and full orders. A traditional Caesar dressing of anchovy paste, oil, garlic, lemon, egg and parmesan cheese tossed with romaine lettuce, and parmesan cheese. Topped with roasted garlic marinated chicken and three large garlic croutons. Served with tongs

Sesame Grilled Chicken Salad
Served in half and full orders. Tasty blend of bok choy, Napa cabbage, and romaine lettuce tossed with water chestnuts, dry roasted cashews, orange segments, and sesame grilled chicken (marinated in hoisin, garlic-chili sauce, sesame oil, and Dijon mustard) in a Tamariginger vinaigrette (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, fresh squeezed lime juice, pickled ginger, and fresh cilantro). Sprinkled with fresh cilantro, carrots, and wonton chips.

Duck and Mixed Green Salad
Shredded braised duck meat on top of a mix of dried cranberries, toasted pine nuts, goat cheese and mesclun lettuce tossed in our house vinaigrette and served on top of warm, caramelized onion flat bread.

Sesame Seared Tuna Sashimi
Rolled in sesame seeds and pepper then seared. This dish is served cold. It is served with wasabi aioli, soy rice wine vinaigrette, seaweed salad and a Wonton basket.

Roasted Turkey Salad
Served in half and full orders. Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with sun dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, Granny Smith apples, hand carved turkey, and bleu cheese crumbles in an apple cider vinaigrette (apple cider vinegar, garlic oil, Dijon mustard, sugar, and peppercorn blend). Topped with spicy crouton strips (sprinkled with blackening spices).

 

Empanadas and Eggrolls

Dynamite Shrimp Spring Rolls
Crispy spring rolls filled with a large shrimp, green onions, carrots, ginger, cilantro, and cellophane noodles; served with a sweet chili sauce and spicy Chinese mustard. PICADILLO AND CHEESE EMPANADAS Spicy ground beef, which is blended with manchego and jack cheese and wrapped in a turnover type shell. Served with cilantro sour cream, and garnished with diced red peppers and parsley. Five per order.

Chicken and Shrimp Potstickers
Steamed or Fried A blend of chicken, shrimp, scallions, carrots, water chestnuts, soy and ginger wrapped in a gyzo wrapper. Pan-fried and served on a bed of shredded red cabbage with a soy rice wine vinaigrette. Garnished with black sesame seeds. Five per order.

Cajun Chicken Eggrolls
Diced blackened chicken mixed with fresh corn, red onions, cilantro, cheddar and goat cheeses. Rolled in an eggroll skin, quickly fried, cut into two pieces and served with salsa roja and a side of creole mustard sauce. Chives sprinkled in the sauce. Two per order, four pieces.

Mandarin Pork Potstickers
Hand-stuffed potstickers (pork loin, apple smoked bacon, garlic chili sauce, fresh ginger, and green onions) that are seared and then steamed in a citrus chili ponzu (orange juice, garlic chili sauce, soy, brown sugar, and rice wine vinegar) and fresh cilantro. Served over crispy rice sticks.

 

Skewers and Sticks

Oriental Marinated Steak Skewers
Flap meat that has been marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and honey. Grilled a la plancha. Served on a bed of red cabbage with a side of soy ginger aioli. Four skewers per order. Garnished with white sesame seeds and scallions.

Crispy Chicken Skewers
Two skewers of fresh tenders marinated in a garlic chili sauce, dredged in spicy flour, and flash fried. Served over black bean picante (seasoned with poblano peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, and peppercorn blend) and annatto (makes it yellow) rice, and sprinkled with green onions.

Dijon Chicken Skewers
Four skewers of chicken breast marinated in dijon mustard sauce, char-grilled and served over cold sesame noodles flavored with sesame oil, soy sauce and scallions. Garnished with diced red peppers.

Cuban Grilled Steak Skewers
Tenderloin marinated in toasted ground cumin, mustard, and a blend of peppercorns. Served with a poblano-mashed potato quesadilla and lime steak sauce. Garnished with a fresh lime wedge and cilantro sprig.

Crispy Shrimp Skewers
Five 16/20 shrimp cooked on a skewer which has been dredged in spicy flour, eggwash, then spicy flour. They are quickly fried and served in a chili pepper sauce. Served with spicy pickle chips and a lime wedge. Garnished with red and yellow peppers.

Seared Salmon Skewers
Two skewers dipped in Dijon egg wash and dredged in a fennel and mustard seed crusting and Panko bread crumbs then grilled a la plancha. Served with zesty cucumber tomato dill salsa.

 

Fritangas

Spicy Mango Chicken Wings
Flash-fried chicken wings tossed in mango habanero butter. The wings are served with jicama sticks and lime ranch dipping sauce, then garnished with chopped cilantro on the jicama.

Calamari
Fresh calamari dredged in spicy flour, quickly fried and served with spicy marinara. Garnished with chopped parsley and a lime wedge.

Alligator Bites
Tenderized and marinated alligator tail meat, dredged in spicy flour, quickly fried and served with two sauces: a pick-a-peppa cream sauce and fruit chutney. Garnished with parsley and a lime wedge.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Button mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese, roasted garlic, scallions and fresh thyme. Coated in Panko breadcrumbs and flash fried. Served over horseradish remoulade. Garnished with diced red peppers and chopped parsley.

 

Pizzas

Five Cheese Pizza
Thin crisp crust topped with homemade marinara, cheddar, manchego, goat, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.

Fresh Vegetable Pizza
Thin crisp crust topped with homemade marinara, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes, and poblano peppers. This is a cheese- less pizza.

Grilled Pepperoni Pizza
Thin crisp crust, topped with a spicy chipotle smoked marinara, grilled pepperoni, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Sundried Tomato Pizza
Thin crisp crust topped with marinara, roasted garlic and shallot puree, sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and mozzarella.

Tango White Pizza
Thin crisp crust topped with roasted garlic-ricotta cheese, caramelized onions, grilled chicken breast, mozzarella, jack and feta cheese. This pizza has no marinara and is available without chicken for a meatless menu selection.

Grilled Chicken and Poblano Pizza
Thin crisp crust topped with a spicy marinara, and layered with Julienne grilled chicken, cheddar cheese and diced poblano peppers.

 

Lost and Found

"Cuba Libre" Jamon
Pork tenderloin cured (like ham) in rum and coke then grilled. It is served with gingered sweet potato salad, made with red onion, celery, ginger, raisins, and is a mayonnaise base. The mustard sauce is made of Creole mustard, fresh lime juice and cilantro. The salad is in a riddicco cup and garnished with a cilantro sprig.

Smoked Chicken Quesadilla
Diced smoked chicken, poblano and red peppers and Monterey jack cheese between two flour tortillas. Grilled a la plancha until crispy on the outside. Cut into 4 pieces and served with 2 sauces, cilantro sour cream and salsa roja. Garnish with scallions.

Barcelona Stir Fry
Shrimp, calamari, chicken breast, andouille sausage, button mushrooms, garlic and red, yellow and green bell peppers cooked a la plancha in white wine, chicken stock and lemon juice. This dish is served with a side of rice, unless a guest requests otherwise. Garnished with chopped parsley on the stir fry and chopped parsley on the rice.

BBQ Ribs & Wings
Wings and ribs marinated and roasted in a Bourbon BBQ sauce then grilled and served with a side of BBQ sauce. Garnished with scallions. Serve with wet naps.

Hurricane Shrimp
Shrimp sautéed in a spiced cayenne pepper honey sauce. Served on a bed of white rice. Garnished with scallions and three pieces of French bread.

"Sloppy Jose " Quesadilla
Sloppy fits! Cuban braised beef with onions, tomatoes, peppers, and spices (cumin, chili, and a blend of peppercorns). Stuffed in an eight-inch flour tortilla with cheddar and jack cheese. Prepared a la plancha and cut into quarters. Served with smoked jalapeno cheese dip.

Served with marinara or butter and cheese.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
White bread filled with American cheese, grilled until melted. Served with French fries.

Chicken Fingers
Chicken tenders quickly fried and served with French fries.

Cheese Pizza
Thin crust pizza topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Corn Dog
A corn dog served with French fries and yellow mustard
