Flamed Grilled Prime Rib - A House Specialty

This unique offering of prime rib begins with a very slow roasting of
specialty seasoned boneless prime rib. We take it out while still very
rare, cut it into a thick, juicy rib eye steak and flame grill it to
perfection.
Porterhouse 24oz cut 24.95
Trimmed from the well-marbled short loin, the porterhouse cut includes
part of the filet and strip steak. Known for its superior flavor, some
consider it the finest of all steaks.
T-Bone 18oz cut 19.95
The T-Bone steak includes the same primal cut as the porterhouse, with
a smaller part of the filet. One of America's favorite steaks.
