Ali Oli: Garlic mayonnaise
Chayote: A mild flavored, Latin-American vegetable
from the squash family
Chimichurri: A sauce of olive oil, parsley. garlic,
green onion, green pepper, lime juice, salt and pepper
Chorizo: A spicy Spanish sausage
Guajillo: A medium-hot chile used in sauces
Jicama: A mild root vegetable from the radish family
Masa: Dough of maseca flour, salt, sugar and lard
Pincho: Skewer
Relleno: Stuffed
Salsa Asada A combination of roasted tomatoes, roasted
serrano peppers, garlic, red onion and cilantro
Yucca: A starchy root vegetable similiar to a potato
