"For a kids birthday, (or a kid at heart like me!), you must
go to Chef Mickey's. WE go every time we visit disney for a breakfast
and a dinner, and have never been disapointed. Great for anytime
but the birthdays (annivarsaries, etc)are a blast!!! We all love
it there, and I am sure you will too!" (8/04)
"chef mickeys is so much fun for any age the characters make
such a fuss of you and there is so many of them there was mickey, minnie, goofy, chip, dale, donald
and stitch. the food for dinner was good to loads to choose from
. but the atmosphere is such fun in there.ive also bean to the crystal
palace twice once for breakfast and once for dinner the food is
very nice both times but the only thing is that you only have winnie
the pooh eeyore and tigger going around all the tables and its such
a big place you do wait a while for your next character to come
to you also piglet only stands in the middle he does not come to
the tables." (7/04)
"We had priority seating. The wait was around 15 minutes.
No one minded the wait. The children were watching the characters
moving from table to table entertaining. The food was wonderful.
There was a great selection to choose from. The service was excellent.
Did not have to wait for anything. We had a great time. Everyone
there was very friendly and courteous. They take great care of the
kids. We were there last September and will be back this September."

"We had a wonderful trip to Disney World last summer with
our family. The children and grandchildren as well as us "Oldsters"
thought the time spent with the characters at the breakfast was
a highlight of the trip. The food couldn't have been better and
the cost was fair for what we
got to choose from for the meal. The characters were so much fun
and spent time having pictures taken with each one at the table.
We loved it and would recommend it to anyone considering it.
As a matter of fact, we are coming down again with our son and his
family and will certainly make arrangements for the breakfast again!
What a wonderful place for kids of all ages!!" (11/03)
"we ate at chef mickeys 2 years ago and it was the best time.
all the characters came by our table to take pictures and sign autographs
and the food was awsome i already made my reservations for when
i go in june." (11/03)
"For a first time experience, I thought that Chef Mickey's
was incredible. I would suggest breakfast, for the lighting is great
and everyone is more excited in the morn. Don't miss Goofey, for
he is the best character there." (8/03)
"We have been to Chef Mickey's twice! The food, service and
characthers are awesome! The characters are so interactive!"

"We just returned from our trip to Disneyworld and had the
best time at Chef Mickey's! We wanted to introduce our 2 yr old
to the characters to make sure that she wouldn't be afraid and she
loved every minute of it. The characters make the rounds often and
our daughter loved getting all of their autographs. The breakfast
buffet is great, especially the Breakfast Lasagna-yum! It is a great
party atmosphere and it was an awesome way to start off our adventure.
Thanks to everyone who suggested it at this page because it was
definitely worth it!!" (6/03)
"This was the best Character Breakfast!!!!!! Can't miss this
one!!! My 8 and 5 year olds had the best time (they ate too) Can't
wait to go back!" (6/03)
"We visited Chef Mickey in Spring of 2002 and were very pleased...the
food was extensive, creative, and very good. The peanut butter and
jelly pizza was a huge hit with everyone! We didn't wait long, even
though we had a party of 19! For a really special treat, request
a seat in front of the monorail (to your right as you first come
in); kids can watch the monorail when the characters aren't around.
The characters were affectionate and friendly. One even presented
a birthday cake for our sitter and then dressed her up as a baby,
with bib, sitting in highchair and all! I thought we would be rushed
but we were not...it was one of the best experiences we had in all
of Disney and worth every penny. Adults and kids in our group rated
it as the number 1 activity." (2002) Monica K.
"We did Character Breakfast at Chef Mickey's in May 1998.
BRILLIANT! One of the highlights of our trip.Took our 3 kids, then
aged 7,5 and 18mths. Youngest was a little spooked by characters, but
just turned her high chair away when they approached, and they were
great with her! Our older daughter's face was a picture we can still
remember now!"
"we had christmas lunch (2000)it was a very extensive buffet, all
the food was really good ,we are from london england we booked our
seating from home a few months before we flew to the states.we waited
about 5 mins to be seated which we thought was fine.we had a variety
of disney charaters walking around the tables, the atmosphere was
really great.the kids got a free disney cup we had a couple of lagers
and for 5 of us the bill came to $102 which was really good value
as we could hardly move after id go back to CHEF MICKEYS next year
when we go back to america we love america." (11/02) janice

"Not knowing what to expect, we just went to Chef Mickeys
on recommendations from your site. All understated! We had the best
time possible! From the minute we arrived (30 mins late due to transport
problems) till we left we felt totally included. Nothing was too
much trouble - the food was plentiful, lots of variety and excellent
quality - the staff very friendly - the best way to meet characters
-not hurried into leaving. Definitely the best meal in Disney."

"Our whole family went to Chef Mickey's in Sept. 1999. I have
to tell you, if you're going to Disneyworld, there is nothing like
going to a character dinner. It's the only way to go, if you have
kids. Absolutely awesome , what wonderful lifetime memories we have.Being
at Disney World was wonderful enough but the character dinner and
breakfast, was the absolute incredible frosting on the cake!! We
are going back in April 2003 and the first thing we booked was our
character breakfast and dinners !!" (8/02) D.G.B. Enfield,
Ct.
"I don't know which is more fun, the food, the characters,
or watching my daughter's face light up with laughter when I join
in the "spinning of the napkins" and the "character parade around
the room"....I love Chef Mickey's..so much that we have two ressies
for our October trip." (6/02)
"I ate at Chef Mickey's with my dad on My Sweet 16 this year.
My dad told her it was my birthday, she gave me my own placemat,
a button pin (you can also get this at City Hall). Later they surprised
me w/ a chocolate cupcake w/ icing and a ch. Mickey it also had
2 dollops of whip cream to form a tri-circle. It was INCREDIBLE!!
From our table (BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE) we were able to view the
Castle. The food was SO good!!! I had never eaten at a character
meal before so this was an e xtra treat!" (6/02)
"Chef Mickey's is one of our favorite character dining experiences.
When we ask our kids where they want to visit the characters at-----they
request Chef Mickey's. We all love the food, atmosphere and the
characters. It is the perfect place to CELEBRATE a special occassion
or just have a FUN meal with the Disney characters. I would highly
recommend it to children of all ages." (4/02)
"Our family loved dinner at Chef Mickeys. Excellent variety
of food on the buffet and our girls loved spending time with the
characters. We never once felt rushed to leave!" (4/02)
"Chef Mickeys is the BEST! Make this part of your trip!"
"The character buffet dinner at Chef Mickey's is great! The food
is very good, and you can stay all night and just eat, eat, eat.
The characters circulate the dining rooms, so you see all that are
there. We even saw Donald, who used to be very ellusive."
"Chef Mickey's is excellent great food decent price the kids enjoy
getting their food on there own. Keep it going!"
"Best Character meal .... Hands down - Chef Mickeys breakfast"
