"This was our first character meal and we were just overwhelmed(Oct 2005)...it was super! Mary was just beautiful, and all the characters were great...It was a treat to just walk around and explore the resort. The food was by far one of the best breakfast buffets I have eaten...try the strawberry soup! Planning a return to this breakfast in December!" Chattanooga, TN

"I thought the food was excellent at this restaurant, I had photo's taken with all of the characters. I sat down on the bench with Mary and Bert and they were super. Alice was very sweet and posed with me for a pic and told me to enjoy my breakfast in a lovely British accent. Pooh and Eeyore gave me big hugs. The ambience of this place is nice, there is even an old callipole playing in the background. Lots of old 1900 Merry go Round paraphernalia, and I also went to the Cinderella dinner which was great too!" (8/05)

"We attended three character meals while at Disney. This one was one of our favorites. I made the reservations for the last day there. Kind of a going away breakfast. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated but it was well worth it. Mary was fantastic. Since we were one of the last scheduled we had plenty of time. At the end of our meal our kids went to the tv and watched Mary Poppins and who should show up and sit with them but the main character herself. She stayed for over ten minutes interacting with each of our children, taking numerous pictures as a group and alone. My kids will always remember this trip and still talk about it almost three years later." (2/05)

"The time before this year, they had a villian character breakfast, but that one was nothing like this one. This time the food was even before, it was an extrodinary dining experiance. Mary Poppins and Her friend Bert were wounderful. Both of them had huge smiles on their faces and were extremly friendly with the children. I recomend this character breakfast to anyone with or without kids because "WOW!" it is GREAT!" John A. (3/05)

"I have been a disney regular for the last 3 years, this was the worst." (2/05)

"Mary Poppins was the MOST beautiful, elegant and charming of ALL of the Disney leading ladies. The Princesses were lovely but Mary....well, Mary was wonderful!" (3/04)

"Brilliant! The character interaction was excellent, especially the Mad Hatter and Alice. Food excellent, the server dishes were continually checked and replenished, and the chef's freshly-made omlettes are absolutely heavenly. Will most definitely do this breakfast again...and again." (1/04)

"Definitely go for the character breakfast buffet. Completely awesome! The food is great and the restaurant is beautiful! Went at the first seating and had no problem meeting the characters or getting food. Did have priority seating. Of course, the service is pure Disney! Gone here three separate trips and completely satisfied every time. Strongly suggested!" (7/02) Dana

"fantastic place to go for breakfast.best food of our holiday.great characters and great for photos." keith birmingham england

"We went to 1900 Park Fare and it was great!! (We went in December, 3rd week, 1995.) The characters spent alot of time with the kids and allowed time to take pics. The food was really good too. The Grand Floridian is elegant and so was the restaurant. The only problem was that the lady who did the Mary Poppins' character was NOT friendly at all!! She was not nice to the children and acted like being there was a chore. But that was just her, maybe she had a bad day. But she should not have brought her attitude in there. All in all we still enjoyed that breakfast and will be going to Donald's Breakfastasaurus in May, 2000. I would definitely plan a character breakfast anytime that had a Disney trip planned." Stanfords of Mississippi, USA

"Nothing beats food or atmosphere of the Mary Poppins character breakfast"

"At the urging of my husband, I ended up booking reservations for the Villains Character Dinner at the last moment. Because there is a lesser demand for this dinner, it was relatively easy to get into and what a great time we had! Cruella De Vil and Captain Hook were among the characters there that night and they did a terrific job. Every so often we'd hear the screams of children and turn around to find them being teased by these characters. The littler ones were easily scared and cried, however, my son and the older children LOVED it! I have to say I really enjoyed interacting with Cruella. She was flirting with my husband and wanting to get me out of the picture! :) Totally how I would imagine the real character to be. We'll definitely be doing this particular character dinner again whenever we go back." Sheila O. (10/00)
