Incredible Hulk Coaster

You'll be transformed by the slingshot Gamma Ray booster, as you go from zero to 40 in two seconds and launch into the Incredible Hulk Coaster.

You'll feel the power of the jade giant himself when you get blasted out with the full-throttle thrust of an F-16 fighter jet. It's just the blazing start of a thunderous roll through the air at speeds of up to 60 mph. You'll be flung up to 110 feet in the air and then go plummeting toward earth on drops as far down as 105 feet. You'll go weightless on a Zero-G roll, go below water and above buildings. And when it's all over, you'll know what it's like being green.

Facts/History
The Incredible Hulk is a four-abreast sit-down roller coaster.
Instead of a conventional life, the coasters are accelerated up an incline and exit a 150-foot tunnel at 40 mph.
Immediately, riders experience a zero-G heartline inversion and are turned upside down 100 feet above the ground.
The longest drop occurs immediately after the zero-G roll and is 105-foot descent during which the coaster reaches 60 mph. T
he track layout includes seven inversions and two subterranean trenches.
A unique booster thrust system rockets riders upward 150 feet in three seconds.
The steel frame of the Incredible Hulk Coaster is hollow to create the roaring sound heard as the coaster rages down the track.

Reviews

"This ride is absolutely AMAZING It is by far the best ride I have ever been on. Prepare yourself for the launch, it is nothing like anything in England, shooting you out of a tunnel at near 50mph then straight into an upsidedown loop drop. The sheer height and size of this coaster is enough to blow you away. Go in September, its still really hot and sunny weather and NO QUES!! You can seriously go on any ride with no ques at any of the parks. Brilliant. Definately going back!! Stand on the bridge near where you que and i promise your jaw will drop when you see this coaster in action!" (4/04) Gemma Hudson

"This is one of my favourite rides at Islands of Adventure. I had a Fastpass because I was staying in the Hard Rock Hotel which means you can just walk on every ride and never have to queue. The beginning of this ride is so amazing that you can't describe it! It's fast, exciting, especially when you go underground through what you think is water. It's extremely fast so make sure you keep you head firmly against the head rest otherwise it will knock about and you will get a really bad headache afterwards!" (10/03) Emma

"Maybe not as long as most, not even that high or fast, But the start of this ride blows me away everytime. If you want to ride constantly visit in January the park is quiet and you can ride to your hearts content. Sit at the front lift your feet, raise your arms and scream, the experience is amazing, and yep it works even better with your eyes shut!!!!!!!" (10/02) Mike
