" I called Hotel directly and asked for a room with a whirlpool tub.Was told they had one so i booked it.When I got to hotel about 20 minutes later,no room with a whirlpool tub and the price had jumped up too.When this was bought to their attention it was like oh well.Ended up in a regular room on 2nd floor in same area as check in.I soon found out ice machines in that building did not work for whole stay and vending machines would eat your money.The restaurant was way over priced was better food and prices outside of hotel.Room was clean,but no hot water only lukewarm the whole time was told they were aware of problem.Would never stay here again found it was not worth 189.00 I paid a night." "Gota really great discount in 1998 at the Royal Plaza due to renovations - which were well away from our room overlooking the pool. Really good helpful staff and excellent location for dowtown disney. Not such a good discount in 1999 so stayed off site."
