Palm Restaurant
The ultimate Golden Oldie, this 70 year-old steakhouse is the oldest
family-owned, white-tablecloth chain in the country. The décor,
along with the prime cuts of meat and succulent Nova Scotia lobsters
give this restaurant a classic, old New York feel.
Open for Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Dinner Monday-Friday 3-11 p.m. Saturday from 5-11 p.m. Sunday from
5-10 p.m.
The Kitchen
When guests at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando feel the
urge to "raid the fridge," they head to The Kitchen, the
hotel's newly redesigned full-service restaurant -- where you might
find your favorite rock star making you dinner. The 25-foot bar
offers guests the perfect place to mingle and swap stories over
a cocktail or cool drink. There's also a "Kid's Crib"
dining area, complete with child-sized furniture and a plasma TV
showing kid-friendly programs. A private dining room, The Pantry,
is located just off The Kitchen's main dining room.

Velvet Bar
The place for cocktails, cigars, caviar and conversation. Velvet
offers a cool rendezvous prior to or after dining.
Velvet is open daily from 4 p.m. - 2 a.m.

of delicious foods and beverages.
