Key West
Experience a breath of fresh air in our very own Key West. We’ve brought the tropics indoors in the festive, free-spirited style of the islands. Guests can stroll along the wharf as they step to the beat of steel drums and marvel at the 60-foot sailboat complete with an onboard seafood bar and lounge. Then, they can retreat to their stylized guestrooms where fabrics of bright blue, green, and yellow bring life to the fun of the islands and furnishings offer a unique flair that mimics an island bungalow.
If you're looking for some fun in the sun, you'll find the Marine Activity Pool is just outside the Key West area - where kids will have a blast on our sting ray slide or the giant size octopus. Back inside there's shopping at the unique Island Style Gallery, where you'll find original works of Key West artists - or on your walk out of Key West heading towards the Emerald Bay, you'll discover ladies' clothing at Details and the French Shoppe.
St. Augustine
The cobblestone streets of St. Augustine will take you into a land of mysterious treasures and eternal youth. The Spanish architecture recalls a romantic view of Florida, as seen through the eyes of explorers like Ponce de Leon. A replica of the Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest Spanish fort in the New World, which also displays the treasures from the Spanish ship Atocha, sought after for 16 years and discovered by Mel Fisher. This magnificent fort stands guard in this enormous lobby, offering our fabulous Wedding Gazebo, the St. Augustine News & Sundry, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, the Lobby Bar, and the magnificent kitchen of the Villa de Flora. The classical charm of St. Augustine is carried through in exquisite detail to the grand guestrooms, which showcase a stylized array of furnishings chosen to offer all the comforts of home.
Everglades
The lush atmosphere of the Florida Everglades comes to life under our signature glass dome. Take a stroll up a rugged wooden walkway over swamps and bogs while fog beckons you on towards the Old Hickory, our steakhouse retreat. The symphonic songs of the mysterious animal and insect residents will greet you as you cross through majestic cypress trees. Lavish guestrooms carry out the Everglades theme with furnishings offering the unique appeal of a private retreat.
Located within the Everglades area is also our luxurious 20,000-square-foot full-service spa and salon. Here you'll find a peaceful and calming atmosphere with 15 treatment rooms, 6 facial rooms, 4 wet rooms, sauna and steam rooms, quiet room, and an outdoor hot tub and pool.
Outdoors you'll find the South Beach Pool, it's art deco syling is reminiscent of Miami's South Beach, where you can swim up to a poolside cabana. And don't worry about packing your sun essentials, Caribbean Pacific has all of your sun care needs! If you get hungry, there's the South Beach Pool Bar & Grille for great sandwiches and tropical drinks by the pool.
Back inside you'll also find retail stores including the NauticalSupplyShop.com Web Showroom, and Mel Fisher's Treasures where you can buy a piece of history from the Atocha, the richest Spanish Galleon ever salvaged!
Emerald Bay
The Spanish Renaissance architecture of the Emerald Bay creates a statement of elegance and class. Within this most lavish area of the hotel you'll find 362 magnificent guestrooms, 26 luxurious suites, and nine exclusive Presidential suites awaiting to surround you in extravagance. This "hotel within a hotel" offers exquisite accommodations specially designed to mirror the comfort of a private residence. Exclusive meeting facilities also provide the most opulent of amenities, perfect for executive events.
Make your way out of the Emerald Bay towards the convention center, and you'll pass through the quaint cobblestone street of Market Square which offers exciting retail stores including: Disney Gateway, Harley Davidson Gear for You, the PGA Tour Shop, Ben & Jerry's, and Godiva. Also, you can grab a morning paper at Market Square News & Sundry, and then walk over to Planet Java for a delicious cup of coffee and something fresh from the bakery. We welcome you into the magnificent kitchens of the Villa de Flora. This “European market” is set in a grand dining room of an old-world mansion. Associated Transportation and Mears Transportation have teamed up with Gaylord PalmsTM Resort & Convention Center to provide a seamless guest experience, which begins the moment a guest arrives at the airport. Associated Transportation provides Deluxe Town Cars, Vans, and Limousine service to and from the Orlando International Airport. Mears Transportation provides 24-hour shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport.
