Certain attractions require Guests to transfer from their wheelchairs
to a ride system either by themselves or with the assistance of a member
of their party. Walt Disney World® Resort hosts and hostesses are not
permitted to physically assist Guests in transferring from their wheelchairs.
Auxiliary Entrance Limitations
Some attractions have auxiliary entrances for Guests with disabilities.
These are intended to offer Guests in wheelchairs or with service animals
a more convenient entrance to the attraction. Auxiliary entrances are
not intended to bypass waiting lines. Guests with disabilities and up
to five members of their party may enter through these entrances. The
rest of the party should use the standard entrance.
"IllumiNations" Viewing and Show Areas
Because of Guest demand, viewing spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
Parties larger than six will be asked to separate and reunite afterwards.
Guest Relations can provide information on show times and other special
events on the day of each visit.

American Express Travel Service
Guests may remain in wheelchairs or ECVs to experience the attraction.
Provides services for American Express Cardmembers including travel
arrangements, financial services, foreign currency, and travelers checks.
Presented by American Express. Located to the far right of the turnstiles.
Leave a Legacy Courtyard
Guests may remain in wheelchairs or ECVs to experience the attraction.
Granite monoliths display panels with photographic images, commemorating
Guests' visits. Wheelchair-accessible counters are available if you
wish to purchase a Leave a Legacy image.
Spaceship Earth (Slow-moving vehicle through darkened ride)
Guests must be able to transfer from wheelchairs to board the attraction
Proceed to the exit of this attraction. A host or hostess will direct
Guests for boarding. In this attraction, Guests move forward in slow-moving
vehicles up a steep incline, and ride backward for a slow return down
the incline. If an emergency evacuation of this ride is required, Guests
must maneuver through stairwells or wait to be evacuated.
NOTE: This attraction is not recommended for Guests who experience anxiety
in dark, narrow, or enclosed spaces. Because of the nature of the experience,
Guests with service animals should check with a host or hostess at this
attraction.

Guest Relations is located on the east side of Spaceship Earth. Additionally,
to the left of the entrance of Guest Relations, several WorldKey Information
Satellite stations are available. The last one is accessible to Guests
using wheelchairs. WorldKey Information Satellites may be used to make
priority seating arrangements for dining at all Walt Disney World® Resort
dining locations.
Electric Umbrella Restaurant (Counter service)
To access the upper level of seating, see a host or hostess to operate
the elevator.

Guests using wheelchairs should use the far right service counter.
Fountain View Espresso and Bakery (Counter service)
Use the ramp located to the right of the stairs. Once inside, Guests
using wheelchairs should use the register to the left.
UNIVERSE OF ENERGY
Ellen's Energy Adventure (Slow-moving vehicle)
Guests must transfer from ECVs to available wheelchairs to experience
the attraction.
Please enter through the standard queue. At the conclusion of the first
part of the presentation, Guests using wheelchairs should enter the
ride portion with all other Guests; however, instead of proceeding up
the carpeted ramps to access seating, Guests should move to the right
of the carpeted ramp and wait for a host or hostess to direct them in
boarding. This attraction can accommodate up to six Guests using wheelchairs
per show. Due to limited seating, Guests using wheelchairs and up to
three members of their party can be accommodated in reserved seating.
Guests using Electric Convenience Vehicles will need to transfer to
a standard wheelchair that will be provided upon request by the host
or hostess at the building entrance.

Body Wars (High-speed, turbulent, simulator-type thrill ride
that includes sharp drops and sudden turns)
Guests must transfer from their ECV to a wheelchair and then from the
wheelchair to experience the attraction.
Proceed through the standard queue. Wheelchairs may be brought into
the Body Wars vehicle where Guests will be required to make a diagonal
transfer to the vehicle seat. Guests using Electric Convenience Vehicles
will need to transfer to a standard wheelchair that will be provided
upon request by the host or hostess at the beginning of the queue. For
safety and comfort, Guests should be in good health and free from heart,
back, or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could
be aggravated by this ride. Expectant mothers should not ride.
NOTE: There is a minimum height requirement of 40 inches to ride this
attraction. Due to the nature of the experience, service animals are
not permitted on this attraction.

a host or hostess will direct them to the loading area. Guests will
be required to transfer from their wheelchairs to the test vehicles
to experience this attraction. There is a stationary vehicle available
in a private area for Guests who wish to practice boarding and disembarking.

that will be provided upon request by the host or hostess at the building
entrance. Due to limited seating, Guests using wheelchairs and only
one member of their party can be seated next to each other. All additional
members of the party will be seated in the row in front. This theater
can accommodate eight wheelchairs per show.

Reservations for this tour are taken at the podium near the Green Thumb
Emporium on the lower level of The Land. Guests using Electric Convenience
Vehicles will be required to transfer to a standard wheelchair that
will be provided at the beginning of the tour.
The Garden Grill Restaurant (Table service)
The top level of the restaurant is accessible to Guests using wheelchairs.
THE LIVING SEAS
The Living Seas (Film presentation & exhibits)

Proceed through the standard queue. After the film presentation, Guests
board hydrolators to descend into the aquarium. A short ride takes Guests
from the hydrolator area to Sea Base Alpha. Guests unable to transfer
to the ride vehicles can be directed by a host or hostess to the bypass
route to Sea Base Alpha.

them outside or transfer to an available wheelchair.

El Rió del Tiempo (Slow-moving boat ride)

Proceed through the exit of the attraction. A host or hostess at the
dock will direct boarding. Guests utilizing Electric Convenience Vehicles
will need to transfer to a standard wheelchair that will be provided
upon request by the host or hostess at the boarding area.
NORWAY
Maelstrom (Turbulent boat ride)
Guests must be able to transfer from wheelchairs to board the attraction.
Proceed through any exterior queue. A host or hostess will direct you
upon entering the building. In this attraction, Guests must negotiate
two steps as they board the boat and disembark. Guests will move rapidly
up a steep incline in a Viking boat that later turns and moves backward
before turning and facing forward again to go down a short, steep waterfall.
If an emergency evacuation of this ride is required, Guests must maneuver
through stairwells or wait to be evacuated.
