basil and goat cheese.
Entrees include whole roasted yellowtail snapper with tomato-caper-olive
sauce and roasted potatoes; balsamic mustard glazed Atlantic salmon
with braised lentils, frisee and pancetta-rock crab vinaigrette;
grilled lamb loin with a Tuscan bean-vegetable ragout and spicy
tomato jam; and spinach fettucine with wild mushrooms and basil
pesto.

"My parents and I had dinner here in May 2002. We had a PS
and were seated within 10 minutes. It was a kind of strange experience,
though. It started out well - our waiter seemed like he'd be very
attentive and friendly. But, then things slipped, at least for me.
I had the chile garlic shrimp for an appetizer and they were great.
For dinner I ordered the roasted chicken flatbread. The waiter brought
me the tomato basil flatbread and didn't seemed too concerned when
I pointed out the mistake to him. When he finally returned with
my correct order, it was "well done" on half of the bottom. I ate
the good half (which was good) because I was hungry and my parents
were halfway done with their food. So, in short, the food was pretty
good, but the service was lousy. Hopefully, not all the servers
were like ours!" (5/03) Shane
"This is a comment on Spoodles breakfast. In the past Spoodles
served a good buffet breakfast, which we would have one time during
each visit to Boardwalk. On the last visit we were suprised to find
that there is no more buffet. The breakfast was terrible and overpriced
and we certainly won't go back again. When we asked an employee
why they had changed from the buffet breakfast the employee said
it was in response to customer request. I haven't found one person
yet who prefers t h e present system." LB
"We did not have priority seating, but the wait was a little
longer than expected. The food was very good, but the service was
not the friendly trademark service of Walt Disney World. Usually
Disney service is superb, but at this restaurant the host and the
waiter were not very friendly or cordial." (12/01) Courtney
"Spoodles and Flying Fish have as good food as you will
find anywhere. The service at Spoodles is exceptional. Clearly worth
a trip to the Boardwark."
