Reviews

"There was a wait to be seated, but as all the dinner shows at Walt Disney World, once they get going, it goes quickly! Awaiting on our table was a wonderful salad with a sweet sour dressing and mandrin oranges. Also, fresh pinneapple and the BEST coconut bread! (Would LOVE the recipe if anyone can get it!) We ate the bread, and wanted more! Then a wonderful platter of baked chicken, fried rice with shrimp, ribs, and vegies of the season, zuccini and such. It was topped off with a beautiful chocolate cake, and white cake with a raspberry sauce! I felt I had no more room, but was not about to let the cake get away! The show was wonderful, and very entertaining. We had reservations for the second show, and afterwards watched the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom from the beach at the Polynesian. It was a perfect ending to a perfect meal and show! I have not been to the Luau for 20 some years, and it was better than I had remembered!" (8/02) Laurie

"Food was under cooked, everyone in our party ended up sick. Even with reservations we had to wait almost an hour. The service was so poor, word could not explain. Save time amd money, DON'T bother going." (8/02) David

"Polynesian Luau entertainment was wonderful. The food was bland, not authentic, and service was poor."

"The luau show was great, but the food left much to be desired. Of course, we were spoiled after eating at the feast at the Ohana one night before the luau."
