"We were the least impressed with this character meal out of the 3 that we had scheduled. The character interaction was okay, but not great, although they did do a cute dance number that we all enjoyed. The service was only fair. We had priority seating arrangements, but had to wait 15 minutes, and when we got inside there were empty table everywhere! The food (we had lunch) was only fair, and we thought overpriced for what was offered. We would definitely NOT do this one again, or reccomend it to friends." Dee

"this was the best chararcter lunch i had . my grandmother felt a little silly taking pics with the characters but when she saw minnie in that dress by the door she just had to take a picture . We also had fun watching all the children dance with the characters . I was happy with pluto he is myfavorite character. the food was excellant and the service was friendly . Taking my nephew next year and we will definately be going there for lunch the day we are at mgm" David (7/01)

"[Breakfast] This was to be the first character meal DH and I would dine at. OH MY!! Was I pleasantly surprised! Minnie Mouse was posed prettily at the door as you came in and even though I'm not big on the mouses, I had to take my pic with her. DH went ahead and took one with me after I got my solo pic. It was a buffet and the choices were unbelievable. DH and I had a 9:20 PS and once again, we were seated very close to that time. Waited no more than 5 minutes. Our server was Teri and she gave us a good break-down about how the characters make their rounds and when NOT to be at the buffet. DH told me to go ahead and go first and I made my way right for the grits, eggs, muffins, and bacon! (Hey, I'm just a good ole southern girl okay??) The buffet had two sides that met in the middle. You could find your meats, eggs, potatos on both ends of the buffet and in the middle was your omlets made to order and they also did pancakes there too. I got some great pics with Goofy, Pluto, Chip, and Dale!! Unbelievably, DH let me take some pics of him with characters too. DH hates having his pic taken. He makes a few exceptions when anniversary time rolls around. I have never laughed so hard at a breakfast as I did with Pluto, Chip, and Dale. Pluto was playing peek-a-boo with my DH and DH got a GREAT pic of it. It was the second go around with the characters and the new family sitting next to us made mention while Chip was at their table, they were only there for Pluto. Chip placed his hand up to his nose and waved his fingers at the mom who said it. You have to now try and picture Chip sticking out his tongue if he had one. I yelled to Chip that I loved him and he came over and took a pic with me! There was some great interaction with the characters and DH and I didn't feel rushed at all. Minnie even came over and rubbed my DH's bald head. Very few women are on his list to do that. I told Minnie she was VERY special. Unfortunately, my DH is very particular about who sees his pics so I can't post any of him on the web. I'm disappointed because I got some really great ones of him, but it's a respect thing and I love him and I do understand his point. I can go on and on about the character interaction, but I've got 3 other reviews to do. The food was great and we were there for almost an hour and a half and it was just as fresh then as when we first arrived. The cost of our meal was $31.90 for the two buffets and with the 15% grat of $4.79 our total was $38.61." Denise
