"My parents and I had dinner here in May 2000.
We had a PS and were seated within 5 minutes - very good! The atmosphere
in this restaurant is great because of the enormous fish tank. We
were seated on the second level, right in the middle, so we had
a very good view - and there were even people diving during dinner
- very cool. The service was good, but not great. The menu here
varies depending on what fresh seafood is available for the week.
However, the cream of lobster soup is always on it. All of us tried
it and it is to die for. It is easily the best any of us ever had
- very rich, creamy and with good sized pieces of lobster in it.
Don't miss this if you go here. Unfortunately, when we were here
there were no shrimp dinners on the menu, which was what I really
had a taste for. My mom and I both tried the scallops, which the
waiter told us the chef recommended medium rare. We weren't impressed
- it's a very funny texture that I, personnally wouldn't recommend.
My dad was halfway through his meal by the time the waiter came
back, though, so we just ate it. I actually think they would have
been very good if they had been cooked more. My dad had the salmon,
if I remember correctly, and he really enjoyed it. The soup gets
the prize at this restaurant, though - hands down. I would definitely
go here again." (5/03) Shane
"We had a Priority seating and were seated almost
immediately. We had a spot by the viewing tank. The kids really
enjoyed seeing all of the fish and stingrays. The service was good.
The food however was below average. We went for lunch, I had the
salmon, everything under the salmon (the potatoes and the sauce)
was lukewarm at best and the salmon was overdone. The kids menu
is basic with the exception of Mahi-mahi." (6/02) deb
"we did not wait longer than five minutes to
be seated due to the priority seating reservation which is recommended
at all restaraunts in wdw. the food was tasty although limited in
the menu selection. prices were a little high but worth it. service
was average at best , but to be fair it was a busy lunch day..fourth
of july. This is a must see dining experience. the giant aquarium
that entertains diners is a one of a kind view. place mats on each
table explain the fish in the tank. and we also saw a diver cleaning
the tank ( he waved). this is also a very romantic atmosphere for
couples without children. so be sure to take advantage of this hideaway."

"Well I have to firstly say when i walked into
this resturant eugh as i glanced at the glass tank full of fishy
creatures, as i was almost certain i wasnt going to be able to eat
fish when i saw them looking directly at me! But i relieved my self
of worry when i found out that the fish i would be eating DIDNT
come from the tank! The waiter was very helpful asking us if we
wanted more drinks, top ups? or if we'd had enough food. I had the
starter of lobster Bisque soup, which i was not very keen on! (what
did u expect im only 13!?) well My auntie liked it so she had mine
whilst i waited for my main course. It was aligator sausage and
I was tense at it first, but it didnt come the shape of an aligator
(thankfully) it was like an ordinary sausage and hmmm it tasted
like one too! For dessert was a really creative Epcot chocolate
ball (not lifesized!!) surrounded and filled with the most richest
and tastiest Raspberry sorbet, and little edible sugar/papery colourful
charm shapes sprinkled in! it was really yummy! I couldnt eat it
all as it was massive. My family liked it and we all recommend it
to you all." Kimberley Jacobs, East London
"A great night out (pricey) for an older group,
my daughter is 15 and has placed this on her must do list. The atmosphere
is breathtaking, all seats have a great view of the tanks. Service
is superb, food is outrageous. Best desert hands down the wave.
We are going our first night there and already my mouth is watering."
