The 972 Guest Rooms feature two queen-sized beds and a daybed,
or one king-sized bed. These rooms are 422 square feet in size and
have large bathrooms. Amenities include balconies/patios, massage
shower heads, in-room safe (Tower rooms), TV, iron, ironing board,
table & chairs, closet, hair dryer, mirrors.
More than half the Guest Rooms enjoy vistas of the Seven Seas Lagoon
or Bay Lake.
Standard rooms have a maximum five-person room occupancy.
Rooms are housed in two different sections- The tower (main building)
is 14 stories tall , & the Garden Wings are located to the North
and South of the Tower.
Accommodations include:

950 queen-sized beds
434 non-smoking rooms
6 disabled-accessible rooms.
Suites
The 25 suites have park and lake views. One or two bedrooms with
two queen-sized beds and sleeper sofas (six to eight adults maximum,
depending upon the suite type, plus a child under age three). Suite
amenities include two-line speaker telephones, additional telephone
in the bath area, hair dryer, bathrobe, triple sheeting, and turndown
service.
Concierge
There are 11 concierge suites. Concierge-level
amenities include continental breakfast and evening cheese bar with
wine and cordials.

of Cinderella's Castle & the fireworks can only be seen in certain
tower rooms. Rooms in the Bay Lake end of the garden wings are farthest
away from the main building.
