Concierge service is at the Innkeepers Club, which includes personalized front desk and guest services, turndown service, and lounge with continental breakfast (fruit, pastries, cereal, hot drinks, juice), midday snacks (Nuts, pretzels, etc), afternoon tea (sandwiches, cookies), evening wine and cheese, and evening cordials and dessert.

"Garden suite near quiet pool. VEEEEEERRRRRY nice accommodations. Lounge was very nice,IMO second largest in WDW. Very nice assortment for breakfast (only one toaster). Very good snacks throughout the day. Late afternoon goodies.
Had to ask for bottled drinks. Can see illuminations from balcony.
Had a great Super Bowl party. CMs exceptionally helpful and pleasant." (02) Ed
