The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm

The biggest part of Goofy's farm is his wacky "crop-duster" roller coaster.

The queue begins through Goofy's Garden, where a variety of Toon vegetables, such as squash, watermelon, and "bell" peppers are growing. As the queue continues inside the barn, Guests will step through Goofy's workshop, where he likes to tinker and create a variety of Toon whirligigs, gadgets, and gizmos. The other part houses his chickens -- and it so happens that when his crop-dusting coaster planes "barnstorm" right through the middle of his hens, they become quite upset!

At the exact spot where the coaster enters the barn, riders will be able to see -- by the crash hole in the side in the shape of Goofy -- that he was the first one to try it out!

Reviews

"My kids love this ride. We used a 'trick' to ride that works everytime. When the park opens and even up to an hour or two afterwards, jump on the train and ride it to Mickeys Toontown and straight on to Goofy's Barnstormer. My kids rode it six times before anyone even showed up to ride with them, CM didn't even make them go through the queue again, just kept on riding until other folks came." (8/03) Dana

"Riding this ride for the first time at age 15, I thought it was going to be the typical kids' roller-coaster (think of that dragon that goes around in circles at the county fair), not much excitement. However, now, at 18, preparing to go to the Magic Kingdom again, I'm looking foward to this ride almost (read--almost) as much as Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and classics like It's a Small World and the Jungle Cruise. It is definately a family ride. Little kids will love it, and adults (kids at heart or not) will love it as long as they enjoy a decent roller coaster." (6/02) Jen

"Just like many Disney rides, the wait is almost as entertaining as the actual ride. The wait takes you through Gooey's own garden and work shed - great for keeping kids entertained! - Young kids will get a thrill on the ride while adults will be reminded of their childhood and become sentimental."
